I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had a nice, large bed, although they could use a fresh coat of paint. The service was friendly and accommodating to my requests. The location was very convenient for visiting attractions in St Augustine. The dining options were satisfactory for a self-serve experience.

I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was pretty good, close enough to downtown for entertainment, but I faced issues with the room, service, and dining. The staff was friendly but not always easy to find. The dining options were okay but could have been better.

I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. On the upside, it was very budget-friendly and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room location and the breakfast experience.

Despite leaving a night early, the Comfort Suites room I stayed in was clean and provided a lot of comfort. However, being at the far end of the hall from the elevator with noise from above wasn't ideal.

The service was top-notch. A staff member on the second floor kindly helped me to my room and even brought me a warm comfort. They accommodated my request for a room away from elevators, showing true care and consideration.

The location was pretty good, especially coming off the interstate. It was in a good area of town with less traffic congestion, and there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
